Save-On-Foods is our go-to grocery store. Always clean and staff is exceptional. Local produce is there goal and ours. I highly recommend this grocer over Superstore any day. They even BAG your groceries...happily.

Ordered groceries online slated for a 7 - 9 am delivery. At 9:30 the next morning while still waiting for the delivery, I called only to be told that for some reason my payment couldn't be processed. They tried to say they called twice which was a blatant lie as I had my phone in my hand since 7 am, waiting for their call to say that they were on their way. No email at the time of purchase ( the day before) to tell me there was a problem with the payment. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The woman I spoke with couldn't have been more clueless. Will be taking my business to Superstore.

Has been great. Little disappointed i was told wrong information about their happy hour meat sale they have on. Told the guy at check out and he didnt seem to really care about it..

The Orchard Park Save On always has quality produce and is my favourite of all Save Ons in Kelowna
