Excellent service and very friendly and knowledgeable environment. We have had more than a dozen different “brews” all have had tasted great and are super value for money. Highly recommend this location.

Poor customer service. Would not recommend . I ordered a box of wine for home brewing and was told it would be in the following Thursday. I never got a call saying it arrived so I stopped by on Friday to pick it up. I was told it wasn’t ordered but they would order next week. I asked why and at first was told it was out of stock but last week, I was told it was in stock. Then she told me they maximize their order, so in other words.. they didn’t have a big enough order so they were waiting. I asked why they didn’t call and let me know and was told that she didn’t think I was in a rush. I checked around town and found the price I was charged was $15 higher than another wine kits, so I went back to cancel my order because of poor customer service and higher price. As I was waiting for the refund to go through, I mentioned that they were higher priced and was told that all Wine Kitz stores have the same price. At that point I informed her that another Wine Kitz had quoted $15 less, to which she informed me that store is going Under and that’s why they have sales. Contradicting comments, putting down another store with the same name, and sad customer service gets this store one star

Friendly staff, no BS, weren't afraid to tell you if they didn't know something! Products have all worked great so far! Will go back for sure!

The wine and experience are both amazing ! Courtney and Lisa are awesome to work with and I'd highly recommend giving them a visit.
