Berezan Liquor Store - Hwy 33, Kelowna, BC

Good selection. Good prices but most of all courteous staff. Great environment. Staff said hello & asked if I needed any help as I walked in from a couple of aisles away, and because I was shopping for someone else, and buying a beer I had never heard of, I asked her if she could tell me where this beer was. Well she not only showed me, but also carried it to the counter for me. Great reminder about their loyalty points program. Offered a bag, and even a double bag if I wanted. Offered receipt and wished me a good night as I left the building. Very well managed and kept store!

Limited wine selection. Beer is nice and cold. 👍🏾

Need more selection on b.c brands I'd love to see some Vancouver island lines.. They are nice people and quick with check outs so that's a plus.. And they offer lots of wine. And good location in Rutland

The absolute worst service by 2 new young female employees yesterday The staff used to be great with customer service and have been going here for years but am now willing to lose all my points and will never set foot in there again. Will also tell everyone I know of the horrible experience When my 32 year old daughter tried to pay for her purchase the cashier asked for 2 pieces of ID which she provided , and was told she had to have a credit card and denied service , at the same time I was at another till and denied my purchase by the other young girl working and told it was because I came in with my 32 yr old daughter who they denied
