Chopped Leaf

I ordered dinner from this location tonight and it was great! The staff were friendly and efficient. Loved everything about my meal and I can't wait to come back. Thank you!!

Take out only at the moment because of Covid-19 procedures. Offers a wide variety of salads, wraps and sandwiches. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Only downside is the lineup can be long sometimes.

The food at chopped leaf is always excellent. However, last time we ordered from this location they missed a few items on a salad that my mum ordered. Not really that big of a deal. I tried to call to get them to correct the mistake and the phone was left to ring. I tried again about half an hour later and still the phone was not answered (they were still open). Next I emailed to try to have both these issues addressed. It has been several days and still my email has not been answered. My family and I would love to continue to patronize this company, but I am curious to know if customer satisfaction is actually an important value to the chopped leaf. I suppose time will tell. Called first because of covid ,hang up on me 3 times ,go to the location call again when I’m inline waiting outside,they pick up phone leave it on counter ,I order a number 3 NO ONIONS I specifically stressed this waited 25 minutes ahead of 3 people get my order it’s riddled in onions lol and didn’t even get the chip nothing this has been the third time of this service guessing I need to drive to west Kelowna branch to get proper service ,these workers should be happy they even working and to get terrible service like that ?it wasn’t even busy ?

Excellent service. Ordered online. All items in order and special requests. Salads great value for the money and delicious!!!!
