the order was placed at 6:14 pm.. delivery time on my phone indicated 7:14pm delivery time, as of now 7:35pm, after calling the restaurant i was informed they had a time of 8:14pm delivery.. i said to get it here asap.. and while the food was good, the technical glitch.. rating will be 4 ...

While on vacation in Kelowna with my family, we stopped for a quick meal at KFC/Taco Bell. Since we couldn't eat inside, we decided it was a nice day and we might want to eat out on their patio. YUK! This was one of the dirtiest patio table I had seen in a long time. If your customers can't eat inside, don't you think you could at least keep a nice and clean patio for them??? This table looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and it smelled like piss everywhere. DISGUSTING!

I got a zinger combo last night.... Fries were soggy, chicken patty was so hard I couldn't even bite through it, iced tea tasted like brown water, potato salad was gross, I asked for hot sauce in the bag and received ketchup instead. No receipt in or attached to the bag so I couldn't even take it back. The chicken was so bad that even my dogs wouldn't touch it and they will eat anything! So very disappointed with the quality of food given the price of it. I will never be back to any KFC if this is their idea of good food.

30$+ OF OLD DRY CHICKEN TASTE OLD OIL HARD SHOULD'VE READ COMMENTS BEFORE..

Absolutely horrible, nothing like what they used to be. Chicken pieces are smaller than they used to be, and flavorless even when freshly cooked. Fries taste completely bland and unseasoned, and even slightly undercooked. The gravy used to be thick and tasty, now it looks like brown water, and not even salted brown water. Even the potato and macaroni salads are watery and bland. I don't expect these problems to be with this specific franchise but rather with all of them, as these look like corporate cost-cutting measures. Smaller chicken, less seasonings, watered-down gravy. KFC has gone way downhill over the years, and that's cost them at least one customer.
