Over charged. I have a drip from a pressure valve from my hot water tank. All the plumber did was agree that it was normal and checked the heating elements for corrosion. They charge $135 for the first half hour, and apparently what they did accounted for an extra $35 of plumbing service work. $177 for 10 minutes.

Our Hot water tank blew up last weekend. Their technician showed up very fast considering it was a Saturday evening. He was professional friendly and communicative. Very thankful for these guys!
