My husband and I just moved into a home yesterday,,among several issue we have had to fix in the home within the last 24 hours, our gas hot water tank stopped working. We called Tyee Mechanical , Curtis answered , he was on a job several miles away, he took the time for us to text him pictures and walked my husband through the whole process of what to do, WE Have Hot water!!!!! Curtis was simply amazing, with good old fashioned values, helping people in a tough spot, dropping what he was doing to get us up and running.
