I absolutely love this spa - I have been going here for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff here are at the top of their game education wise. Highly highly recommend.
Every time I go it's so relaxing. It is on the costly side but nice to be in a clean environment and be able to book an appointment. Going again on June 6th as long as restrictions are lifted, can't wait!
I love Total Wrapture Medi Spa! The staff are friendly, and they treat you like you're part of their spa family, too. Not to mention they are very knowledgeable, and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with the outcome of your service. The spa atmosphere is inviting and the services are high-end, but affordable (they have amazing promotions), as they cater to meet the needs of their clientele. You can really tell that the owner cares about the well-being of both her staff as well as the clients. Thank you, Total Wrapture :)
Just had a pedicure there and it was lovely! The appointment started on time/was efficient, the snacks/tea area was a nice touch, and there were tons of polish selections. The gal who did my toes was very sweet and they turned out perfect. I'll be back!
I’ve gotten microneedling done by Mel and let me tell you, she is AMAZING! She makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions and concerns. You can tell that Mel loves what she does, she’s knowledgeable and it shows in her work. I was afraid and questioned what I was getting myself into, but she reassured me that it wouldn’t be painful. I’m so glad I took the plunge, my skin is starting to look much better and I’m so happy to take my journey to beautiful skin with Mel!
