Urban Oasis is fantastic, relaxing and clean! My mother, sister and myself went for a girls spa day and we all enjoyed our treatments. We had a Swedish massage, indulgence pedicure and corrective facial treatment. We each loved our treatment! It was very relaxing and pure bliss! The mineral pool was very relaxing and was nice to use the hot tub and sauna, almost like a circuit! Plenty of drinks in every area and the snack was a great touch too! We all left feeling amazing! Thanks to the staff for being accommodating and helpful! Great Service!

I went here for my birthday- to treat myself. Oh just so you know, you have to let them know its your birthday in advance to receive a discount. I didn't know that so...too bad. This is a nice spa to try for a quick massage and just want to hangout in their mineral whirlpool. My therapist was nice. Though the rest of the ladies in the reception can be more accommodating and informative. It was my 1st time here so it would have been nice to get informed about the facilities prior. I would have liked the pools to have been more quiet to be more relaxing but you could here screaming children because the location is shared with the hotel swimming pool. Although, it's so good that the spa has their own private pools that only spa guest can use. They provide a nice complimentary snack for the guests as well, which I think is nice. Though, I would suggest avoiding plastic (container and spoon) when its served to the guests especially when they are having them in the spa. If they are taking them out, paper containers will be ideal. I may visit here again when I visit Winnipeg but there are other better ones in the city.

Overall this was a great place to go for registered massage therapy with lots of extra perks to enjoy. We came for couples massage and that experience was really nice, as expected. The front desk doesn't do direct billing for insurance companies but the receipts were easy enough to submit online for reimbursement. In addition to our massages we also got snacks, coffee, and access to the spa pools. The pools are seperated from the hotel swimming area with a rock facade type barricade, but you can still hear kids screaming and playing. If it weren't for that I would have stayed longer and enjoyed the swimming experience more. The pool area included a very comfortably heated shallow pool, a hot tub that could fit about 8+ people I think and a stream room. There were lots of lounge chairs, tables, etc. I'd definitely come back here for massage therapy. With all the extras you really can't go wrong!

I would highly NOT recommend this spa! Not at all comparable to other spas with similar pricing. The lack of cleanliness is unbelievable- I was given a robe with holes in it and my daughter was given a robe with multiple stains. At first, we were told that there were no other robes available and the manager eventually gave us new robes, both of which had holes in them. The carpets and flooring looked like they had not been cleaned in months and there was paint and pieces of the wall coming off throughout the spa. The coffee mug was stained and dirty. Unlike other spas where you are treated to an array of snacks throughout the day, we were provided with 1 small snack portion of 1 yogurt, 1 small banana bread and a handful of grapes. The mineral spa area was in the main pool area, so you could constantly hear screaming children. The hot tub was dirty, there was rust everywhere, visibly stained chairs and flooring coming up. My daughter had a black film left on her back after using the hot tub. The relaxation areas had no lounge chairs or areas to lie down or even put your feet up. The relaxation areas were cramped and small; not at all comparable to other spas. We were very disappointed and would not recommend.
