I love this place. I go back often. Sauna is part of the service with the massage. I don't talk during massages so the masseuse can concentrate on her work. I tip well and they don't have to ask. They treat me well and they are always happy to see me. Sometimes the other girls who work there get a little jealous of the one I always choose to work on me.
I have regular massages. About 200 over the past 10 years both in the UK and here in Canada. Today's experience at Sunhope on Ness was AWFUL and the worst I've ever experienced. The lady was "past her prime" and should probably have retired about 10 years ago. She was in another world most of the time and was certainly not paying attention to what she was doing. I will not return to Sunhope & strongly suggest anyone reading this feedback take heed! I won't mention names, but if the owner of this establishment wanted to investigate, my appointment was for 1pm.

Be careful on this massage parlour, i tried to get a massage, last night, attendant dont know how to speak english at all, waste of 15 minutes translating words, i stoped the massage after 10 minutes of wasting time, then they still charge me for 22:00 dollars of wasting my time translating what massage i need, she just kept pouring oil at my back and just tapping my back, 0 english, 0 experienced masseur, still charge me 22.00 dollars for wasting time, and the lady is sooo very rude, its like i been robed that night., STAY AWAY
BEWARE!!!! If you happen to have Massage Insurance Coverage...Blue Cross does not recognize this as an eligible Massage Therapy Provider. So you cannot make a claim on the services!!! The owner wouldn't even apologize if you try to complain. They will tell that they are covered by most insurance companies...but Blue Cross is not one of them!
