Unfortunately, I can't recommend this business for those who are looking for botox. I had a bad experience which included complications that could've been avoided - as advised by professionals. I've received botox on my masseter muscle to slim the look of my jawline. A couple days after the procedure, I had tooth sensitivity which was the first concern I've expressed. It was brushed off as it doesn't correlate to the muscle and that it was my tooth enamel (although I never had tooth sensitivity prior to my procedure, nor any teeth whitening done). My second concern I've noticed after two weeks, I was not able to smile the same way and developed unwanted lines on my face when I try to smile. This time around when I've reached out, I had been given a run around and that she will contact her Nurse Practitioner. After over 24 hrs of waiting for an answer, I've reached out to another professional for helps on my concern. It was advised that possibly the incorrect muscle was injected and/or the dose was too much for me. I began researching online if other people had the same symptoms and Doctors had said that for masseter botox, it should NOT affect your smile and that it is due to improper placement and/or improper dosage. Now after all this, I will have to wait for my face to return back to normal.

My sister went here to get botox for Masseter muscles by Nounith because she wanted to slim out her jaw. She was given 25 units each side, and two weeks later she was finding she had teeth sensitivity and wasn’t able to smile properly. She messaged Nounith and felt her concerns were disregarded, when she continued to express her concerns Nounith admitted that she may have given too much botox for my sister and should have started with less. As she is the health care provider she should know how much to dose a patient based on their needs? ( my sister doesn’t have TMJ). She then said she would talk to her nurse practitioner and get back to my sister; 24hours later, my sister still didn’t hear back. At this point my sister had to seek a second opinion from someone else and was told this was a quite severe complication that shouldn’t have happened. As someone that works in the health care field I find her patient care EXTREMELY unprofessional, my sister felt brushed off and was shown no empathy. She took my sisters smile away, and now she will have to wait 4-6 months until the botox wears off, as there is nothing that can be done about it. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Edit: I just want to add that after seeking a second opinion and doing some research online, my sisters complications due to poor technique/placement of the botox and migration of the botox could’ve happened as because too much was done at once. Please do your research before going to an injector.
