Ten Spa

The best spa experience I've ever had. Such friendly staff. The place is beautiful. It's so much more than your typical spa, it genuinely has a unique Ten spa touch. I will be going again and again. I left feeling very zen.

Wonderful as usual- keeping guests separate by assigning lockers and ensuring seating is distanced. Always clean.

This review is more of a 3.5 star but Google doesn't offer that. It was my first time at the spa for the hydrating pedicure. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful, giving me a tour of the changing facility and making me feel very welcome. The change room was fairly small, luckily I was the first appointment of the day and was the only person there, but I could see it being not so relaxing later on in the day. The steam room was nice, although there was no scent or changing lights as described. The experiential shower was interesting, but there was only one. The showers have nice products from L'Occitane and there were plenty of towels. They do offer things such as hair styling products, combs, mouthwash etc but due to covid you have to ask for them at the front desk. The waiting lounge was fine. They offer water, decaf tea, and dried fruit and cookies. I would have liked to see blankets and uncovered windows for a nice city view. Unfortunately I didn't spend much time here because frankly, it was loud. There's people squeaking around in spa shoes, the front desk staff talking to clients and cleaning, and other patrons chatting. My service was great. The esthetician did a fantastic job and it was very relaxing. However, for the price I paid I expected a private room... I wasn't a fan of the communal pedicure room, simply because I had to listen to other patrons chatting with each other and their estheticians (I wish talking was discouraged...) and staff coming in and out. Definitely took me out of relaxation mode several times and there were only three of us being serviced. I can't imagine the noise that would come from a full room or bachelorette party. After the service I was offered to sit in the quiet lounge. Again, it was loud. There were only curtains, no doors so you heard everyone walking and chatting constantly. Why not install some doors? Overall, I had a nice time but there's definitely room to make the experience as luxurious as the prices. I would like to come back for the hamaam, but unsure if I'd come back for esthetics. There are other spas that offer very similar experiences for half the price.

A pretty good pedicure and quiet setting. Great for a couples retreat.

Good experience. Decent lounge. Snacks amenities were alright. Massages were enjoyable and relaxing. Staff are great and professional except for just one member at the front desk. Overall it was a great way to spend an afternoon. We'll be back.
