My aesthetician called in sick the day I was scheduled for my full body treatment. They phoned me and asked if I would like to come in earlier. I said it wouldn't work since that was before my check in time to the hotel. They communicated with the hotel and got me an earlier check in! I really appreciated that! And the service I received was terrific!! I felt totally relaxed, refreshed, and overall, respected. I will be telling all my friends about the great service I had! Too bad I can't remember the name of the aesthetician, she was lovely!
My recent visit was wonderful! Even during Covid I felt perfectly safe and everything was very clean and well organized. I highly recommend this spa!
it should be easy to find out. You know the day you went and the time you went. Call the spa and ask them. Im sure it would mean something to your esthetician in a positive way!
The BEST pedicure in the city. Hands down. Everyone must experience!
If you pay for a 50min massage you should get 50min but that’s not the case at Riverstone. Discussing your treatment, changing and any extras (paraffin etc) come out of your time.
I won’t be returning.
