My first massage at Deep Roots was an AMAZING experience. The facility was very clean and the receptionist, Carole, was very helpful. Right away she offered to direct bill my insurance and was so welcoming. My masseuse, Gabriel was FANTASTIC. Very professional and I trusted his approach to work on each of my areas for improvement. I loved the extra touches - essential oil, hot towels, chocolate, music of my choice. He also recommended exercises for me to strengthen my lower back. I will absolutely be back within the next month. Thank you, Deep Roots and Gabriel! The value you provided was much higher than the price you charged.

Had my first visit and massage at Deep Roots today. The service from beginning to end was spectacular. My appointment was with Emily R who had such great communication about what I was needing from my appointment today. Her technique and pressure was very relaxing. I highly recommend Deep Roots and Emily! Looking forward to my next appointment.

Absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff is phenomenal and the massages are just as great. Jason does THE best job. I'd absolutely recommend him. Plus, at the end you get some delicious chocolates! I always look forward to my massages to a point where I'm using all my insurance health spending to get as many more as I can.

Gabriel Shin is undoubtedly the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many really good ones to compare. His style is unique and his knowledge is vast. He uses a multi-disciplinary approach - several techniques best suited to my issues. He’s constantly learning and evolving in the best interest of his clients so just when I think he can’t get any better…he does! He’s the only RMT who knows how to deal with my many sports injuries, whiplash or whatever ails me. I follow Gabriel to whichever clinic he goes. Once you’ve had a massage with him, you’ll understand why. The massage room is soothing, spacious and lends itself to total relaxation in a gorgeous new clinic…spa like and inviting from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend Gabriel and the Deep Roots experience :)

Had my massage with Stephen Trias and it was very awesome! He always wants to make sure I feel comfortable, the pressure and technique also very relieving. Carole as a staff at the front is always very friendly and welcoming too. Definitely will be my go to place for massage.
