I have used the shuttle several times but never reviewed the service. Usually quite cramped but a service that fills the need for sure. This time I had to cancel due to an emergency change of airport departure. I had booked two weeks in advance and called two days later to cancel but nope, not getting any money back. I can understand a 48 or 72 hour cancelation policy or a cancellation fee but I feel that was very unfair as they could have easily resold the seat and probably did!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! If you book and your trip is canceled for external reasons, they do not have a refund system. I tried to go to their offices, but they gave me the address of a house and the man who received me was too rude and yelled at me. "This is how things are done in Canada, get over it !!! We are not going to give you a refund." I never imagined such bad service ... Better rent a car

Great staff, however, be aware no COViD procedures are being observed. You’ll be in a confined space cozy with everyone. Would be great if they implemented mandatory masks same as the airlines they survive!

Very prompt in getting back to me In an emergency situation, very kind and helpful souls which also made it easier to pre-book rides which helped my family and I out of a couple tough situations! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, would absolutely reccomend this service♡

Driver was on time and polite. The shuttle was clean and air conditioned.
