McMillan Dentistry

This is what McMillan Dentistry did to my daughter. This occurred when they tried to remove the bite plate from her mouth repeatedly. They sent her home with this bite plate telling her that she may need to be fitted for another. They KNEW it was probably defective. They are ignoring us and are refusing to reimburse us. There's no way my daughter wants to return to them to be assaulted again. It's been over a week and she is still in pain. We paid $520 for their assault and to not receive what we paid for (a bite plate that she could use). They are thieves.

My family has been with this place for 2 years for teeth cleaning and captivity filling, we recently had some bad experience with it. My spouse had infection after a filling and she had to take antibiotics for quite sometime, my recently filling is not a good experience either, i don’t have any problem with my teeth before, but after this filling, my teeth is super sensitive and uncomfortable, I have no idea if they drill the hole too deep and damaged teeth nerve. Another thing I am not happy about this place, they don’t have fixed doctors for their patients, every visit I got a new doctor whom I have no idea about his experience. They are also inject very heavy anesthesia, last time it took me literally 5 hours to recover, and as I recall, it will generally take us 4-5 hours to recover from anesthesia, and they don’t ask your opinion before they do that.

First time client here. These folks are fast, extremely helpful and Most importantly calming. They knew what they were doing and how to get it done with a gentle finesse. I’m a pretty anxious person to start off with and everyone there helped make sure I was relaxed and knew exactly what was happening at all times. Great place with greater people!

I don't think they pay attention to their patients' request. You asked and they answered yes and even gave the details on what they would do. At end, it turned out that they forgot their promise.

Went to this dentist a few years ago when I was a student and did not have a positive experience. They provided me with misinformation and said I had a very large number of required dental work. I ended up going to a different dentist who was appalled by their recommendations, and even reviewed the images they did and said this was false and that the work they were telling me I needed was completely unnecessary. I would suggest avoiding this place.
