Hygienists at this office are all very sweet. The dentist that came in at the end of my appointment was very rude. I asked her a question and she said that she would notify me what was going on when her and the hygienist were done talking then, never explained anything to me. I didn't even know I needed a filling until the girl at the front desk asked me when I wanted to book it on my way out. Not to mention they are pricey. Not the first time I've had poor service either.

I have had mutiple visits to see alexandra Zed and Highly recommend. Friendly precise and understanding.

Whenever I go to Brunswick Square Dental Clinic the reception desk people have large smiles and greet you. I rarely have to wait very long for my appointment. If there is a delay the staff keeps updating you and do not make you feel ignored. The dental assistant and dentist are very professional. They explain the procedure they are going to do and why is it necessary. They also ask if you are having any dental health issues you might want to discuss. So you feel they are listening to your concerns . When the procedure is complete you can book your next appointment from the dental chair! Again the reception desk takes care of billing with ease and apologizes if there is any delay with the technology. I walk out and feel well taken care of.

I have never walked into the Brunswick Dental Clinic that I didn't feel in the best of hands. They have taken me every time at short notice. They are professional and kind. Their equipment is top of the line and last but not least they listen to their patients. We don't always want the full monty that can be offered by dentists and alternatives are suggested which I appreciate.

We have been using Brunswick Square Dental Clinic for 45 years now and have always been more than satisfied with their excellent care. I had a fear of dentists after being mistreated by previous dentists and Dr. M. Zed was so patient and caring with me. Professional and courteous staff. A-1
