Very pleasant staff; make an appointment, go into clinic in order to make appointments; there seems to be little wait.

Awful service model, you can only phone to make an appointment but they don't answer the phone when you call. Called no less than 20 times between 730am(when they open) and 740am. Also you can't even call just to ask a question, it just keeps giving you the "sorry we're full and too lazy to answer the phone" message.
