Dr Thompson was very empathetic. He really listened. He was gentle with his words and his treatments. Surgery went great and was a huge success. Great guy. His receptionist is also a treasure.

Buddy has done numerous ear surgeries for me and clean/maintained my inner ear for probably 6-7 years now. Chill dude
