I was very disappointed to learn that in order to book my bi-annual eye check up covered by MSI in NS that I had to agree to also take a specialized test that would cost $36.

I am updating my previous review of this business from 5 stars and many complements after my visit today. Today was my second time in in the past couple of months to try to buy glasses and get my prescription that Dr Boudreau had given me after my exam this spring. It seems as though the floor staff don’t wish to help anyone unless you have just had your eyes tested. Nobody offered to help even though the store was empty. I asked questions about frames from the FYI doctors website. She looked at me like I had 8 eyes and snubbed the specs because apparently they were an old style. Keep in mind the frames are on the website today. She then turned and walked away. I spent 20 minutes there at least and tried on multiple pairs and nobody came to help. Very disappointed and will be looking at other shops to make my future purchases for me and my family. Doctor Boudreau is great though. I hope he reads about his coworkers.

Great staff and modern equipment. No major wait times. Would highly recommend for eye care and glasses.

Quick and nice but I found my lenses to scratch really easy ! Had them replaced once but scratched again

I have called since 8:00 this morning , no answer , where are the receptionist, did they close , WOW post something if they are no longer in buisness.....
