Rolley Lake Provincial Park

Great place for fishing and family to have lovely easy forest walk. I particularly liked that the path around the lake was not next to the bank. This meant people fishing have more space and quite. Nice kids play area, cute waterfall. It is more heavily used than McDonald Park so would like to see better washroom facilities.

Beautiful campground.

This was our first time coming here. The drive from Vancouver just took less than an hour. The day use park has ample of parking lots. We didn't have a hard time finding one (we got here around 9:30am though). The lake/entire park is small BUT it is very nice - starting from the picnic areas/tables, the sandy beach - our kids enjoyed playing in the sand, and the lake(that time) was not cold, so it was a great time to swim. Also, just like to mention that there's no flush toilet; only pit toilet. Overall, this is a beautiful lake/park for family especially for kids.

Nice quant beach with appropriate parking space. Get there early as the parking and beach spots are covered. Pit toilets and no running water. Make sure you bring you own water to wash hands etc. great place for kayaking, paddle boards and canoes.

The trail is beautiful and so is the area. There are three parking lots for convenience, clear warm water with a swimming area, relatively clean picnic areas, and a (leashed) dog beach. Perfect for a family day out in nature.
