Sam is the man. He is fair and overly qualified at his job. Every time he has come to our house he has shown up on time and got the job done right. His customer service is so great that he even stayed late on a Friday. If you ever are in need of an excellent plumber give Sam a call, you will not be disappointed. Trustworthy and reliable which is hard to find these days.
Sam is the best !! We had a major leak that resulted in us having to replumb and reconnect our hot and cold water supply. Sam worked tirelessly over the May long weekend to solve the problem. He is very knowledgeable and his diagnosis of the problem was very well explained and his solution was extremely efficient. He kept us informed every step of the way and was extremely professional but he also has a great sense of humour which was very calming. I would highly recommend Sam. Thomas F
