Ridge Meadows Orthodontics

I went to this clinic this morning to fix braces for my son. The work is clean and professional here. The hygienist who treated my son is a very nice lady. The reception door is at the end of the plaza and the clinic treatment door exists first. For 25 minutes of waiting outside, I saw more than 5 customers tried to enter the door and the hygienist in the front turned them back to reception. Poor lady! She has to do her work and also watch the door. I had sent a very nice email suggesting to put a sign then a defensive tone call came from this clinic. The lady who called me kept defending that the door has a sign. She also said that it won't be visible when the door is wide open. Interesting times. What is the use of the sign then? It won't take long to print a sign in an A4 sheet and post at the inside of the door so it become visible when they door is open. OR buy a yellow tape to block it OR use a chair to block the way so the hygienist lady at the door can focus on her work and stop giving impatient tone to customers who try to enter. More than 5 customers can't be fools. If you ever visit this clinic, please note that the reception door is at the end of the plaza. You will receive a very unwelcoming atmosphere if you try to enter the other door. I never had an intention to write this review. But the defensive follow-up call from the clinic made me do this. Hopefully it help others.

Service is great and the work is great. However I’ve spent over $10,000 of my own money here and I struggle to make appointments, the times are not very flexible and you have to book far in advance, if u need to change your appt you can be waiting another 2 weeks to even a month. I struggle with this considering how much money I’ve spent here. However they are all fantastic At their jobs

Both my girls are currently getting treatment at Ridge Meadows Orthodontics. They love going to their appointments and getting retainers have been very positive experiences for them both. The RMO staff are all amazing, so friendly and positive. They take my girls on their own which gives them independence but then come out and communicate how things are progressing and what we need to do. The office is modern, clean, comfortable and entertaining for all. Wait times are pretty much non-existent. I love that they do direct billing so I don't have to deal with the insurance companies. Incentive programs are motivating for the girls. I wish I could have gone here as a child when I needed orthodontic work.

The staff at Ridge Meadows Orthodontics have been so caring and accommodating! Thank you for your gentle attitude and understanding of my daughter's original nervousness about getting braces! She is so excited to come in and gets excited jitters every time she has an appointment! It's a very welcoming place and I'm so happy it was recommended to us!

I got my braces off today and I would like to say that they did an amazing job! I am very grateful for the amazing results and of course Dr. Michelle Couto and her staff. Her team is great with what they do and I'm glad that we chose Ridge Meadows Orthodontics. I would highly recommend going to this place. I guarantee you that they will take good care of you, especially your teeth.
