My spouse did business with this plumber, he was contacted for a defective bath faucet. He came the same day, he lacked tools and went back to look for some at his place, it was the cartridge which was to change. He changed the cartridge by swearing with great professionalism. By changing the cartridge he found that he was missing a screw (by the way not essential). So he left after about 1 hour worked saying, you will pay me. He ironed without being called with a screw to replace the missing one, he installed it in less than 10 minutes. He made an invoice of nearly $ 400 for a cartridge of $ 40, claiming that he did not have the choice to load two '' calls '' even if he was only called once. He thus insisted on being paid in money '' under the table '' Obviously this plumber has the pencil weighing on the invoice and is dishonest.
