VistaPark Medical Clinic

I have been a patient of this clinic for 3 yrs. I have not recieved outstanding care. The past 3 times I've been there I have waited upwards of an hour from the time of my appointment to see the doc. The most recent time I brought it to their attention with no solution or apology. Needless to say, I am looking for a new family physician.

Coming from BC we needed a family doctor and could not believe our good fortune getting in with Dr. Charles Aniagu. We have never had such a qualified, caring and sympathetic doctor that actually takes the time to listen to his patients because he cares. His receptionists are the most welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff that you will ever find anywhere! If you are lucky enough to get on with this doctor, you will be so happy and in very good hands. Dr. Joiner, at the walk in clinic is also wonderful and you will be well cared by her as well. VistaPark Medical Clinic is staffed with amazing professionals.

The BEST walk in care I have received after living in Medicine Hat 21 years. They are empathetic, thorough, and kind. The entire staff is fantastic. I highly recommend this clinic!!(:

I called this doctor's office a week ago to book an appointment for a family member. The receptionist explained that they were booking meet and greets for new patients in October but that we could come to walk in anytime. We were blown away by the quality of care that was given through walk-in.The doctor was thorough, kind, and actually cared about the issues at hand. We have never received this level of care from a walk-in clinic in our lives. I am so impressed and so appreciative and we finally feel confident in the direction of treatment available.

Should actually be open the hours they post on line and on there phone messages! Drove there to lights on, door locked and no one inside for evening walkin. Then had to drive around searching for another walkin clinic for my daughter!
