Nice place for kids it has a very big water slide and they are currently re-working the pool which was in need of an upgrade.

They have lots of activities. My 6 year old was happy. It's close to Parc Safari. The staff are friendly and helpful. It has a safe and positive environment. My daughter made some friends because they attract good clients. The bad thing is the shower. I think the hot water is not working. Also, there were lots of ant colonies which could easily be exterminated.

MUST READ UNTIL THE END! It is a nice camping place thanks to its lake, pool, basketball court and large playing areas.....Which is very similar to a lot of camping sites nearby. I find our camping sites to close to each other and the place gets easily flooded but that is not the main reason I am explaining my experience. I am not planning to interact with the employees but they have the Worst Customer Service from their employees, very rude, bossy and power tripping bunch of people. You will notice on the way the management respond to the critics, I encourage you as consumers to review their tone of response to the previous one star reviews and you will know what I'm talking about. To sum it all up, you can check them out but I do not recommend this place to any one who values customer care as experience. I hope that you will not have any problem in your site because if you do, they will not apologize nor talk to you like a human being. They even said that they value their regular campers more than us. Their words and not mine. I hope I can tell more details but it is not worth my time anymore. This is an experience from a consumer destined to those who seeks actual experience.
