Plumber came to fix a simple broken pipe. He complained about the previous plumber not doing his job right, then drilled through an electrical wire and tried to tell me it was collateral damage and the wires shouldn't have been there. I told him i wouldn't accept that. Without saying anything to me he took it upon himself to repair the wire by putting in a junction box that wasn't there before (now need an access panel in the ceiling for it to be code compliant which he didn't know or care about). His attitude was generally angry and resentful. Finally he only charged for the plumbing repair but his attitude and general contempt... I won't hire this company again.

Excellent service. Professional to the end. Quality advice, careful work. What more can be said? I recommend. Mr. Stessy is really nice!
