I received a horrible service from Richard. He made several costly mistakes. He asked for a cash advance without ever giving me an invoice. He damaged my faucet riobel (new by him) without compensating me. After 3 weeks I contacted him to know if he was going to keep his word by ordering another, he hung up on me.Do not make the same mistake as me. * Avoid trouble do not trust Richelois plumbing!

An experience of the most horrible !!! This plumber came to us to do some minor work on our shower faucet and our laundry faucet. He charged us $ 100.00 (cash) and did not give us a receipt. The next day our laundry tap was dripping again. We called him, he said it was something minor, he was sure of what was wrong and he would come that day to fix it. Three weeks later, he has not come yet, even though we telephoned him almost daily. He finally called our call the other day and told us that he would spend last night, but that does not surprise us ... This was our first experience using this plumber, we will never think about using it. I will never recommend it

I received a horrible service from Plomberie Richelois. There are several costly mistakes. He asked me for an advance of several hundred dollars and I never received my bill. A tip to the next !!!
