When we called and spoke to Max telling him our problem with our washing machine taps, he booked our appointment for us within 1 weeks time. The young man he sent us was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and super efficient. Wish we got his name, to give him credit here as well. The work was done in a timely manner and I'm pretty what we paid was very reasonable considering today's rates. The management deserves a great amount of respect and admiration for their services and the people that they hire. I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for reliable plumbing services.

I have this massive renovation in my quadruplex, I contacted Decarie and spoke with Max about the problems in my building he was really friendly and offered to come see the problems, well i was reading recent reviews and honestly i don't share the same experience at all. They did all the piping in the showers, they changed the P traps and the water heaters, i am not an expert, but they toke the time to explain to me why they changed the whole piping and let me tell you, thankfully i did, pipes where almost ready to burst. I had to come back a few times to complete the jobs due to the tenants, but they were flexible with the timing. They are very reasonable, price is really good compared to my previous plumber and the job is done well. If you ask me i am more than pleased with the service and i recommend them totally!!!!

I just used Decarie plumbing for the second time today and could not give them higher marks. They were friendly, informative, thoughtful, clean, and brought goodness to the job of plumbing. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

I hate writing bad reviews but I booked this company based on the reviews I read here and I wish they were a little more honest/detailed so I would not have wasted the money. I contacted them for a leaky shower tap and a leaky bathroom tap at a tenant's place - both pretty standard makes, nothing fancy. I sent in photos of each prior to the visit and described the problem as they told me that would spare them the time of getting parts. Both were supposed to be repaired at the same time. The technician called me after completing the job, saying that he only replaced the sink tap and would have to come back to fix the shower, after ordering 'parts' as the shower handle 'would snap off' if he went further. It was $450 to replace this tap here in the photo. $450 dollars people. Let that sink in for a second (no pun intended!). Four.Hundred.And.Fifty.Dollars. If I did the shower, too I imagine I would be in for a cool grand on changing leaky taps. I called Decarie to inquire about the details of this fantastic bill. I had to call 4 times as, every time I called, the person I spoke with asked me to call back the following day. On the 4th try, he finally had the bill and told me that the technician spent 1.5 hours there..My tenant confirmed he was there for half an hour tops. He finally agreed to take $50 off the bill. I called another plumber to fix my shower. It took him 45 minutes and he did not have to order any parts. Cost me $200 for the entire thing. No handles were snapped off in the process - he just replaced a cartridge that he bought at Home Depot nearby. I understand that every company works differently and no two situations are the same, but you ask yourselves how comfortable you'd be parting with $400 to change a tap.

Max is amazing! helped us over the phone at 2am with the heating system to isolate the problem so we could still have heating and sent a team early in the morning to fix the issue. Will definitely recommend them!
