Although the camera inspection of the drain they purportedly performed was useless because their machine malfunctioned and registered no recording, they charged my credit card without my authorization anyways! They thought they were doing me a favor by crediting back the equipment rental fee, but still charging for several hours of labor, for work that had zero utility to anyone due to failure of their own equipment. I thought a discussion with the administration would lead them to recognize the abusiveness of their billing, but to no avail. I had to dispute the transaction and recover the fee from my credit card company. They feel very entitled to money, but when it comes to the quality of their work or honest billing practices, not so much.

I am so happy with the job done by Jodoin. The you man Mathieu did a great job. He was so courteous and professional. Afew weeks ago, I left a review saying that Jodoin told me that my job was too small. This was in 2006. Well, I take that comment back. I am extremely satisfied with this company and I will be calling them in the future for other jobs. Thank you Jodoin and a big thank you to Mathieu. Gloria Piccioni I used Jodoin for a second time (October 16th) for a different problem and it was resolved.
