Horrible customer service. Called to schedule an appointment, receptionist confirms it and tells me her colleague will contact me within minutes to know if they can charge me the day rate at 4pm instead of the night rate. Never received a call back. Called back 3 times telling me that they have no one available and that they cannot do anything about it. Will definitely NOT recommend their services to anyone
