They did a plumbing inspection of our condo building. Michael Roberts was quick to evaluate the requirements and provided an accurate estimate of the time that would be required and the cost and scheduled it quickly. The plumber who came arrived on time and was very efficient going through the units. The report is well written. I was impressed with the entire experience.

Called them , we had a bit of an emergency with water flooding the basement of the house. They promised they'd call us back in the morning to get someone to come out to see....we never got a call. We are a week later now...still nothing. Thanks for nothing. Edit: your passive aggressive response is not at all appreciated. just this unprofessional response will definitely ensure I never use or recommend your services in the future. I have them a different name and number to call back because I'd be at work, so I gave them the info of the person who would be available to be at home at the time. I have the proof of the call in my call logs. I spoke to a woman on December 1st at 8:01pm.

I contacted Abe Cohen Plumbing through the recommendation of a referral. The communication from reception to dispatch was treated with attention and priority. I received same day service to replace a water connection valve that connects to my humidifier. The plumber, James, arrived promptly was extremely informative, pleasant and skillfully completed the work. I highly recommend Abe Cohen Plumbing. I intend to use this company going forward, as well as, refer to friends and family looking for competent plumbing assistance.

I am super happy with the work done to replace my emergency water shut-off. Plumber was friendly, knowledgable and definitely knew what he was doing. Not an easy job, but was completed efficiently and on time.

Excellent service. On 2 occaisions I had an issue with our furnace on a Friday afternoon. Both times they managed to send someone over to help with the issue. Great service
