Very pleasant and professional staff; incredibly meticulous in performance of service and mindful of taking care of your home. My only choice for plumbing issues (which are never wanted, but when you have them these are the folks to get the job done!)

VERY SATISFIED! We had to replace the corroded ancient valves and poorly installed plumbing in our old unfinished 1927 basement. The technician, Ian, was courteous and did remove his boots every time he had to go outside to his truck. He did an impeccable job. We have been dealing with Allard et Ricard for many years (gas furnace maintenance, powder room and total kitchen renos). They are courteous and care about their customers. This company is a keeper, we would not think about going anywhere else.
