The scenary is unbelivably, outrageously gorgeous. The hike "La Croisée" is stunning, marked at intermediate, but is definitely an easy hike. The campsites on the other hand could use some sprucing up (individual firepit placements are pretty much on the path and entrances to the campsite, there are uneven tent areas, outhouses are difficult to locate, and you are surrounded by trails, so not very much privacy.) Compared to Parks Canada prices, Sépaq charges way more for a subpar experience. You also have to pay to have access to their river map, it is not available on the website. We paid $16 dollars for wet firewood. There is a 30km stretch to get to the Hirondelle campsite, and 20km of this road is a poorly maintained logging road. Sépaq could do a better job with maintenance overall. The entrance checkin did not have our reservation, and there is a discrepancy between their website reservation system and physical checkin. Have your reservation on hand. Their website also does not mention anything about closed trails. We came to the park to do the Scetora hike, and it was closed. We only found out when we arrived to the park.

An absolutely beautiful place to visit. The trails are well marked and provide ample opportunity for hikers of all skill type. The main road is unpaved after about the 10km marker to the 33km marker, however it makes the experience a more nature esque one. The stops along the road provide great views. For those looking to do the most popular Les Loups trail, budget about 2.5 hours for the first lookout or 4 hours for the full trail. Bring water and some snacks/lunch

It was a beautiful park with an amazing view!! A great experience until it started raining and hailing on the hike back to the parking lot. Thanks for the "it's not going to rain today" Google.

You can go here to meditate, but you have to drive because this park is really big. If you can, you can bring a tent and create natural memories with your loved ones here. Although the day I went was very deserted, the fare was good.
