I bought a pair of sandals and returned at the end of the transaction the advisor told me to keep your bill if you ever want to exchange or if there is a defect. When I got home I realized that I had almost the same. So I called to exchange (obviously I would have taken another model I had seen a more beautiful and expensive one more) the owner replied that it was impossible to exchange. I did not wear more. You lost a client in addition you sell more expensive than the brand site $ 125 elsewhere but anthony sax $ 139. Thank you so much. Never again. Very disapointed.
