Richmond Oral and Facial Surgery (Dr. Richard Chau and Dr. Adam Samji)

I had my lower wisdom tooth surgery in November. The front desk was very friendly. Dr. Chau was very professional. Each step was explained to me. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my nurse Megan. She was really helpful and caring. She keep taking to me during the process to comfort me. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. My recovery was fast. The pain was minor. Over the next 4 days I only had a bit of swelling, and mild soreness. Thank you Dr. Chau and your team.

I had the good fortune to be recommended by my dentist to Dr. Adam Samji, I had my first intial appointment before my surgery and we spent some time going over the details of my surgery. He answered all my questions and I felt confident when I left and also to note his frontline staff are very friendly and personable. The morning of my dental surgery of course I was nervous and did not sleep well the night before but it had been a few years since I have had oral surgery notwithstanding my age and of course now with our pandemic going on. When I entered that am, I was made very comfortable and given a warm blanket and the dental hygenist was awesome! Each step was explained to me as we went along. Dr. Sanji and his team got me in fast for a extraction. They let me know that they were booked solid that day but they would do their best to get the work done as fast as possible. Well they were fast and kind, I never felt I was an imposition. They were all amazing. Thank you 😊

Great experience with Dr. Samji! All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the dental procedure was painless and the follow up appointment was super informative as he went over the results of the biopsy. He has genuine care and compassion for each of his patients, and his calm, confident demeanour made me so much more comfortable, as I was very nervous going in to the appointment!

I know I'm a bit late on the review, but my wisdom tooth surgery was back in March. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Adam Samji was my surgeon and he was great. He explained each step in the process of my wisdom teeth removals. He followed up a couple times with me to make sure I was okay and recovering accordingly. I will be going back if I have any other dental issues in the future. Thank you for making the whole thing a lot easier than I thought it to be.
