Dr. Mann is absolutely lovely and very helpful! Amazing doctor. Took me on after my doctor went to Australia.

I just called, and a worker picks up, and I said "I just wanted to get an updated from "doctors name" and she replied you're suppose to call his phone line not this one, and so i thought she would connect me to the doctor yet she hung up. So I called again and said same thing and she said same thing, but i quickly asked with a please for the doctors number and she hung up. This is very disrespectful.

Incredibly rude front desk staff and very poor customer service. I also received a parking ticket for $75 within only 30minutes of being parked outside.I would strongly encourage you to go anywhere else.

The Doctors are very nice and helpful, Always give some help. but there have one or two front desk staff is/are very unfriendly. Especially don't have enough patience to help elderly people.

AVOID! Most of the staff are unprofessional and have no idea what they're doing. Paperwork gets lost, appointments get forgotten. I wish I never went here. One of the doctors was even fined $50K for fraud. METRO VANCOUVER -- A Richmond doctor has been fined $50,000 and suspended from practice for three months after billing the province for false patient appointments. Dr. Gustavo Jose Carvalho, a general practitioner, created fake appointments for patients from June to September in 2009. Carvalho invoiced approximately $4,000 to the Medical Services Commission over the four-month period for medical services that were either not rendered or not adequately recorded, according to a disciplinary action brief obtained from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia. "His actions were [considered] fraudulent," said Susan Prins, director of communications for the college, in an email. "The $50,000 is a punitive cost based on the seriousness of the situation."
