Daylight robbery! Due to some unforeseen circumstances because of COVID, I gave them sufficient time notice that I couldn't make it for the appointment, they told me that I'll have to pay a penalty of $60 when I book it next time. I was not informed of this when I did the booking. During this pandemic, a lot of unforeseen circumstances happen like not feeling well etc. Please do not use this for daylight robbery!

Did immigration medical exam there. Very effective and nice staffs there.

Today, I took my mother to this clinic for a medical examination and gave her the medical examination for visa extension requirements. Richmond was the only one and could not choose. However, for the attitude of the two female staff at the front desk, I felt that it was more than one star. The attitude was cold. I have no patience, I ask questions and ignore them. You tell her politely, she keeps her head down and is busy with her affairs. When you are airy, and you ca n’t hear clearly, I doubt whether we speak the same language. . There are also the hardware facilities inside the clinic. I feel similar to the last century. The weight scale is a kind of weight scale, the height is a ruler attached to the wall, and the doctor's blood pressure meter is very old. The advantage may be that they are the only optional IRCC designated medical examination clinic in Richmond, but it is really bad! !! Just eat the old book and see when you eat.
