Dr. Chain, Podiatrist

Went to this doctor for another pair of orthotics. Had been yrs since I had done the extended medical claim. Dr. Chain never refreshed my memory. I made the claim only to be told further paper work was needed. I phoned Dr. Chain to ask for what I needed. He snapped at me telling me I lost the papers. Then, he hung up. When the orthotics came, the paper work came with. Dr. Chain relies on his memory when answering patients. His memory fails him leading to him making false accusations against patients. He may be knowledgeable but I have not seen him clean anything either. And, LET ME BE CLEAR, I never lost anything. I didn't know that the papers I needed would come with my orthotics. Dr. Chain never explained that would happen. The necessary papers did come with my orthotics. The doctor owes me an apology. He could have asked me on the phone if I had received my orthotics. But, no, he assumed I had. Instead, he accused me of losing the papers to make the claim. When I told him, I never lost anything, he called me a liar. Get the FACTS straight.

Thought I had ingrown nail, turned out it was just thick skin digging into the meaty part. Dr scraped it and gave me cream for softening the skin and maintain the area. Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest doctor. Highly recommend.
