Staff very accommodating. Best pricing.
We looked around and got quotes from 4 other storage facilities.
These guys were by far the best value for our needs.
I held off on this review for 2 months hoping for answers from management, but have heard nothing. Our storage locker was broken into 2 moths ago and we have not been told how it happened or been given reasons why the individual unit alarms, or the personally provided code, did not trigger further immediate investigation at the time of the break in. We were told by police that the individual unit alarms may be a marketing tactic and that they may not have them. Thieves were in our locker for so long that they picked and chose the items they wanted from our boxes, leaving the rest strewn across the locker. When asked how that could be possible given they say they have all these protections (which is why we chose Sentinel in the first place), the manager said they don't know what they can tell us and that they need to speak with the Reginal Manager and have them talk to us - which never happened.
Origanally my review was not the best, I do want to update though. Sentinal storage made every attempt to rectify my small issue. They did a great job of clearing up the mis understanding.
Excellent storage facility. Woman running facility understood i was going to be late traveling with uhaul and stayed past closing time. Couldn't have thanked her enough.
Nicole is an awesome girl to deal. Great prices great location
