Honestly, Memory and Albert have been fantastic to work with over the course of the past 4 years. They'd let us know when we forgot to fully lock our unit and were just so easy to connect with whenever we had a question or concern. They truly always tried to go above and beyond to help us out. I am sad that we've decided to close our unit as we no longer require but should that change in the future, I hope both Memory and Albert are still around because I know I'd be working with the best customer service peeps out there. Thank you so much guys :) You will be missed!

The was my first experience using self storage. I found the experience very pleasant and safe. The staff are courteous, pleasant and very helpful. They go above the call to assist someone. The grounds were immaculate and well kept. I had no anxiety about my belongings as knew they were safe. I would refer someone else to use this service in a heartbeat and should I ever need self storage again, Sentinel will be my first stop.

I have rented a storage unit at this location for 10+ years. The facility is exceptionally well-kept and always feels very secure. Both Memory and Albert are incredibly friendly and outgoing and are always willing to assist me whenever needed. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive at Sentinel Storage - Edmonton North.

I've been storing at Sentinel Storage for the past 5 years. The facility is always kept so clean and the employees are always happy to help whenever I've needed it.
