Sentinel Storage - Edmonton Yellowhead Trail (Satellite)

This location has been extremely accommodating, understanding of my situation, and always looking to find solutions to my storage needs. Pricing and prorating has been reasonable and I cannot say enough about the employees at this location, especially Cindy and John. Cindy is so professional, helpful, and a genuine person when it came to sorting out all of my storage issues and walking me through the process. She knows her job very well and can articulate the procedures and details related to the business that make it easy for a client to understand and respond to. If I was not dealing with Cindy, John was there to continue with making my experience just as meaningful as Cindy when she was not available. Thank you to Cindy, John and the rest of the Sentinel Storage staff at Yellowhead Trail. It makes life much more organized and easier when there are people who take pride in their jobs and are willing to go out of their way to help clients.

My first impression of Sentinel Storage was How secure the lot was. The units were clean inside, and the lot was neat and tidy with lots of room to move around with a truck and trailer We moved from out of town and needed storage for a few months. They had many size choices, and we were able to get the size we needed at a reasonable price. Mary and Staff were kind and freindly . I recommend Sentinal Storage in In West Edmonton

I have booked a unit for the following three months, with an option to extend the period of time. My first contact with the company was very pleasant and informative, giving me all the info I was looking for. As a result, my requested term of occupancy was then passed on to the office of the specific location in Sherwood Park. Once again, the staff I dealt with were friendly, efficient and helpful. I now have my belongings in the unit recommended by the Sentinel office people and thanks to the moving company all my items fit in the recommended space. I would highly recommend the Sentinel Storage Company to anyone needing their service.

I had a bit of an issue after hours and this wonderful lady that works there still made sure my problem was resolved even though she was at home no longer on shift. It really made me feel like I was a priority. Mary came to the storage and made sure my problem was resolved very quickly. It was a good experience.

Great i have been at this location since 2007 everything is just fine here 🙂
