if it was possible to have less than a star that would be what they deserved after months without any problem I end up entering the property a tad before 23h00 on the 8 of August not paying attention to the clock I end up trying to get out at 23h28 but my code was not effective anymore called the number on the wall talked to a lady told me to wait for a phone call of someone local I call back after 60 minutes wondering and the same lady told me to be patient someone is gonna call me finally 1h25 northern district manager called and gave me a code to open the gate and told me that I was going to be charged because I use the facility after hours me to reply have you lost your mind charge me while I'm a prisoner on your property wow. now in October I want to put my storage under my name due to personal reason from my business partner i arrived first paid 244 supposedly 16 days late as soon as the manager John gave me my receipt proceeds to tell me that I have been warn about sleeping in my unit I said pardon me he to repeat more offensively as in a accusation of having sleeping in my unit I kind of snapped because I have no idea who that guy is but there's records of my calls but more so videos of me freaking out on that night of August told him you can't accuse people of something they didn't do went outside waiting for the ex partner now when I got back inside the manager John as decided to give me a 48 hrs notice to vacate the unit which is still not under my name unreal now my anxiety is to the roof go back the day after to try to make things right gave me one week extension which is during a long weekend now force to lose everything I own just because I was falsely accused of something I didn't do

If I could give 100 STARS this Sentinel Storage deserves it about the exceptional service I have received from the Manager John of this facility. Gone so above and beyond, they are a super star employees, especial mention to Cindy and Mackie and has made my experience most memorable, they offer you a bottled water and any help. Everyone was so kind, caring and professional. John alerted me when my locker was broken into and assisted me right away with a new lock. When my brother moved to Edmonton from Vancouver John was extremely helpful and fun to chat with. John thanks for your great service!!!!
