Baffled with the customer service. My camper was hit and i asked for the video footage. Never received it and was told the 2 cameras on the north and south end of the perimeter fence did not show anything. The cameras are for people jumping the fence. Super tight spaces ( hence my trailer being hit ) they will not pro rate under any circumstances. Do not recommend this place at all you have more security parking your equipment on the side of the highway

Here's the deal. It's convenient, right off Henday and Yellowhead. Very reasonable prices. On site security guard during the night, patrolling (and tons of security cameras). Spots might feel tight at first but I never had issues getting in and out. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and the security guys are taking their work seriously. It's a great place, get a spot if you can.

Really nice people-great rates. Fantastic communication. I am so happy I found this place. I have parked my RV here for a few years and could not be happier.
