We have been with One Stop RV Storage a few years now and I cannot say enough how excellent the customer service is and the great rates. We are very happy with the service and always know that our RV is safe and taken care of very well! The staff always go way beyond for the customer even without asking, I have to give them 5 stars well deserved and earned! I have been renting here for the last few years. Location is great and prices are very competitive. Started dealing with Monika, and she is very friendly. It shows that the owner takes pride in keeping the storage facility well maintained.

This is a well run storage yard, fair pricing and great security. The owner even helped my wife one night when she was all alone and couldn't get the trailer unhooked. Took them over an hour and he wouldn't take a dime for his help. Old school service, you don't find that much anymore.

As far as convenience it was close to home. I just got tired of having to get in and out of my vehicle to open and close the gate. The thing that frustrated me the most was that everytime I returned from a weekend trip I had to park my trailer in a new spot because someone had taken mine. Overpriced for what you get.
