I dealt with Nikki S at the 119 Street location in Edmonton. She was great. I showed up extremely grumpy because of unrelated events, and she powered through my surliness with excellent people skills and customer service, remaining cheerful and helpful the entire time. I left our meeting in good spirits. Sentinel is fortunate to have Nikki.

I was originally due to check in at another Sentinel location. Due to their after hours keypad not working, I was sent to another location. I was very happy with it. Only downside was the location I was sent to did not have the trucks for you to use. And even though the other location was only a few blocks away, I was unable to use a Sentinel truck. Other then this I used the storage for 9 months and was very happy. Indoor, heated, secure, cameras, after hours entry. Friendly staff.

Great experience working with the central office. Lisa at the front desk is awesome to deal with. I use them as much as possible for my local storage needs

Received service from Lisa and she was very friendly and I managed pick up an item without incident. It was waiting and ready fore when I got there! Got a free yoyo too! Great service! Thank you!
