I was gonna ask for a quote from one of your old guy customer service representative and I just started the conversation. Never mentioned what I am calling about and he was rushing me to tell what I need. What a bad customer service you guys have! You better hire someone who's willing to assist first timers and more professional. LOL!
Alex did a great job in taking apart our furniture and putting it together. He can be a little blunt under pressure but if you can get past that he's a great guy and gets the job done well. People complaining about price don't understand what good movers cost. These guys are great value for what you're getting.
Incredible service from start to finish. Their customer service was phenomenal, and everything was packed, loaded, and delivered without issue. Even after we'd received our belongings, the staff followed up with us to ensure everything was satisfactory as we were unpacking. I couldn't recommend Alex & his crew highly enough.
I was planning to move my house And we decided to hire the Right Move moving company they were very polite and professional and then I was very happy with their service if in future I will move again definitely I will use this guys thank you
I was promised a return of some money and never received it. After how much i spent with them, i was quite disappointed. They were great with the furniture but prices were never discussed and i was always shocked by the bill.
