Alix Lake Campground

I urge you to just skip this. The old man campground host was hugely rude when we rolled up for a tour. We are checking out tons of Alberta town campgrounds and never even got to see this one. With so many other welcoming small towns no need to waste your time here.

This was such a great stay!! We had to have our own water in our camper because of Covid restrictions but the stay was peaceful. Our site was lakeside. Campground managers were friendly and helpful. We visited in stores uptown and found Alix to be very hospitable and friendly. We'll be staying again real soon!!

Great little campground right on the lake. The only down side is that there is no water or sewer hook up for the trailer. The town in nice and people are friendly when we went out for a walk around the town.

Never going their again. Me and my wife like camping close to home so went hear to check out the campground because I have never been there and the care taker came out and kicked me out of the campground and told me not to ever come back only thing I can see is if you don't have a campers with you you get band.

Stayed here a couple years back before a festival. The people who were running it helped us with whatever we needed that night.
