Deer Valley Meadows

An amazing camp/resort located along the Red Deer River. It's a perfect location for a weekend getaway.

I have come here for the past few years with a fiddle camp and they are always great hosts. Facilities are regularly maintained and very comfortable, there is always plenty of food, and the overall atmosphere is family friendly. Campsites have power, water, fire pits, and a good amount of trees to give a little privacy amongst campers. Staff is always friendly and the owner is always around to ensure the most enjoyable and fun stay! I met his family and they were really kind and involved with the keeping of the camp. It’s great to see such an involved family that runs such a nice camp. Overall, it is a great place to come for a nice camping experience, no complaints.

Went there one year for a reunion. Is a nice, clean place. And there was a nice zip-line we went on. Was fun. Nice cabins.

Really fun activities! I want to say such a special tanks to all the deer valley people who helped us so much. Thank you Wendell who did so much fun things with us and went so far over and beyond what we expected, we had such a blast on Archery and the sideline! The food Was great, thank you Loretta for all the delicious food. Everything was clean and Friendly!

We last stayed at this campground 24 years ago.We enjoyed it then but we were amazed at all the upgrades there have been when we stayed for 3 nights this last week-end.Its the most beautiful camp with stunning walks especially the walk down to the river. We stayed in the gazebo and it was very comfortable and as well as a sitting area we had a full sized kitchen and table to seat 6.The meals in the dining room were very good and we had more than sufficient. We are in our 70's but couldn't resist the zip line and wow it was a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend this campground. Its excellent value for money and a great place for children.
