Riverstone Dental - Dr. Ned Price

Without a doubt one of the best experiences I’ve had in a dental chair for years!! My youngest was terrified of dentist he is now looking forward to coming back in six months for his check up “ A miracle”. Thank you Riverstone

Been going to Riverstone Dental for years even before when Ernie was running it. Wonderful staff that actually makes you look forward to each and every visit with attention to any problems you might have. Beautiful atmosphere and watch tv while working on your teeth. Highly recommend to anyone needing a great dentist office.

Will never go back here again. Dr price has been my dentist since he took over Riverstone. I felt I could trust him with my children. My six year old had a hard time during his fillings, and once calm, they had time to do only one out of the three that were scheduled. After, when he asked about a prize, dr price had us informed that he did not “listen” well enough to have a prize. Disgraceful. I promptly sent an email expressing how upset I was at him and his staff trying to shame my child for being afraid, as that was the message being sent to a six year old. He briefly apologized and then followed up with blaming me for forcing him, the dentist, to continue. He never expressed during the appointment that he was uncomfortable continuing. My son was fine afterward and had been fine with previous fillings. It’s not as if he were having to be held down. Dr price should not practice dentistry on anyone who is going to display big feelings, such are typical of young children, in his chair. This behaviour was so very unprofessional and trying to justify taking out his frustration on a child, by blaming the parent, was even more so.

I was here recently inquiring about having my toxic amalgam fillings removed and came away with a lot of information and confidence in this clinic. They are one of the few clinics in my area that understands the increasing evidence suggesting the health problems associated with having degrading metal in our mouths. As well, they have the modern equipment and proper safety standards to remove those metals. Great friendly people!
